New Book from a Critter Member
**NOW IN PRINT EDITION TOO!** Awesome new book, HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR SPECULATIVE FICTION OPENINGS, from a Critter member who's unearthed a shard of The Secret to becoming a pro writer. Really good piece of work. "...if you're at all concerned about story openings, you'd be nuts not to read what Qualkinbush has to say." —Wil McCarthy, author of BLOOM and THE COLLAPSIUM

Chris's stories keep you reading for hours. I was unable to put the book down even though I had read it twice online. Great author.
Adrian's Undead Diary or AUD as it is affectionally known is one hell of a story.Chris Philbrook has the unique ability to write and his words are so descriptive that its like you are right there in the book. he even goes as far as to include maps of the areas he talks about. So that when Adrian talks about Hall A etc..you can actually look and see where he is talking about!. I read this when it was just the weekly postings and fell in love with this book. I now have all 3 of them so far in print and also on my Kindle..you will NOT be disappointed with this collection.
Chris put in tons of effort into his AUD series and it shows. It is probably the best zombie story do date.
