Death and the Taxman is the novel-length expansion of the award-winning short story of the same name. It won the 2024 Book of the Year for Outstanding Humor from the Independent Author Network.
Laugh out loud funny!
Amazing book and I can’t wait for the next one!
This is such a fun novel to read! I highly recommend it!
A most enjoyable read!
I found the characters fun and captivating. Couldn’t wait to find out what happened to them. The book was fun to read and hard to put down. Can’t wait to see what’s next
Loved the humor, characters and story, and it's so well written!
This was a consistently amusing read with a uniquely comical take on The Grim Reaper. Easy to follow and fun all the way through, I'm very much looking forward to the sequel!
I love this book! Great blend of humor and heartfelt moments.
Both funny and profound.
This was a hilarious novel based on Hankin’s Writers of the Future short story winner by the same name. He ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to publish this as well. The book has built him a huge following. It is worthy.
