Very original! Not like every other epic fantasy out there.
I REALLY enjoyed this book and am eagerly looking forward to book two! Strong characters with twists in the plot I didn't see coming (and that doesn't happen very often). I fell in love with K.C. May's writing with the Kinshield Saga, which I also highly recommend! It's also refreshing to read a book that doesn't have a lot of typos (something ELSE that doesn't happen very often!).
KC May tells a great story. Her characters are well developed and very real despite fantasy setting. The story itself is well-spun!
